Dieses Mal haben wir unsere Effi nicht direkt in Lens, sondern au\u00dferhalb im kleinen D\u00f6rfchen Grenay untergestellt. Die Caravanpl\u00e4tze waren nagelneu und schienen direkt f\u00fcr die UEFA gebaut worden zu sein. Vielleicht waren sie auch zu neu, da es leider nur einen Wasseranschluss, aber keinen Stromanschluss gab, obwohl dies so verzeichnet war. Nun ja, Schwamm dr\u00fcber.<\/p>\n

Von Grenay machten wir uns dann mit dem Zug auf nach Lens. Die Stadt ist nicht sonderlich gro\u00df, was man schon daran merkt, dass Stadion und Fanzone fu\u00dfl\u00e4ufig sind. So machten wir uns vor unserem Livespiel in der Fanzone bequem und schauten noch die Begegnung Deutschland gegen Nordirland.<\/p>\n

At this time we haven’t parked Effi in the city centre of Lens, but in the small village Grenay near by. The caravan parking was really new and seems to be established just for the EURO 2016. It was so new, that they missed the electricity stuff. But at least we have water for the daily shower.<\/p>\n

In the afternoon we took the train from Grenay to Lens. The city isn’t so big so that stadium and city centre with fan zone are in walking distance. So we used the fan zone to watch the game between Germany and Northern Ireland.<\/p>\n
